Outsourcing is all about reducing cost and providing a better product or service to the client.

Note that any work will be done in Australia by Sunpay and by English speaking personnel. We do NOT outsource offshore because in our experience we have found that this ends up being more expensive and the client ends up with an inferior product. In addition, support is also fraught with issues due to the time difference, poor communications infrastructure and the language barrier.
